Smoky Mountain Hot Sauce
Smoky Mountain is a blend of 6 different varieties of fresh peppers (not fermented) including mild and medium hot peppers. For this mixture the fresh poblanos and red bell peppers have been roasted. This give Smoky Mountain its smoky, earthy flavour. Although still a hot sauce, this variety is one of our milder versions. We consider it a medium hot heat.
